All refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund.

The 3rd party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability.
Dedicated servers and VPS are covered by a 99.9% network guarantee in which the credit is prorated for the amount of time the server is down due to network isuse cause by us.
The down time due to internal VPS/dedicated server issue is not counted as "real downtime" and you will not get a credit for it.
The credit will only be deposited into the customers billing account/client area. Credit to your account will be your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of downtime. There will be no refund against uptime gurentee policy.

Request A Refund With the 15 Day Money Back Guarantee:

To activate this guarantee, Customer must submit online request to CANCEL their service by opening ticket with billing department or by using cancellation request link in the client area.
The paid amount will be refunded within 7 days after reciving cancellation request.
In order to get a service credit againt uptime gurentee policy, you will need to open a ticket with our billing department and claim the downtime by including logs and other details you feel relevant.
The credit will be applied to your account within 7 days after your claim is approved.
